The true essence of Zazen meditation is to focus on self and not on others, to see yourself clearly and not to judge others harshly, to understand yourself deeply and not to cling to your own views blindly, to master yourself fully and not to control by your emotions easily, to practice yourself sincerely and not to seek approval from others vainly. So cultivating own inner peace and wisdom would make a person more confident and authentic as a personality.
By creating the body’s natural functioning and healing balance by allowing the five nature elements (Fire, Water, Air, Either and Earth) to be in harmony with the body’s Tridohas, such as Vata, Pitta, and Kappa, forms the three fundamental energies, elements or hormones present in the human body and each Dosha governs in three different bodily functions, such as Movement (Vata), Metabolism (Pitta) and Structure (Kappa), which is combinations of the Five nature elements (Panchromatic), such as Vata ( Air and Fire), Pitta (Fire and Water) and Kappa (Earth and Water). To be more precise, our body functions in harmony when these three Doshas are in balance.
